Shipping Destinations
We ship to virtually any address worldwide from our base in Phoenix, Arizona or from our Factory based in Russia. This includes both domestic (U.S.) and international destinations. Some products may have restrictions and cannot be shipped to certain international locations due to legal or carrier limitations. If this applies to your order, we’ll notify you promptly.
Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer three shipping options for your convenience:
- Standard Shipping: Cost-effective and reliable.
- Express Shipping: Faster delivery for urgent orders.
- Free Shipping: Available on select orders (check eligibility at checkout).
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and chosen method. Free shipping details are displayed during checkout.
Order Processing and Customization
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3-7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).
- Customization Time: As all our pieces are made-to-order, customization takes up to 4 weeks after processing. Pre-orders or high-demand items may be completed faster.
Total time from order placement to shipping include sprocessing,customization and shipping periods.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once customization is complete and your order ships, delivery typically takes:
- Standard: 31 days post-customization / Express: 14 days post-customization
Note: These are estimates. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, or unforeseen events. We’ll keep you updated via email.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email from clear@clear.jewelry. Use it to track your package’s progress.
International Shipping and Customs
- Customs Fees: Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These are not included in our shipping costs.
- Customs Support: We provide necessary documentation to facilitate customs clearance, but delivery times may vary due to local processes.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at clear@clear.jewelry if your package is lost, damaged, or incorrect.
- Lost Packages: If your order doesn’t arrive, email us with your order number. We’ll work with the carrier to locate it or provide store credit or a replacement.

Damaged Packages: For damaged or defective items, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll evaluate and offer store credit or a replacement.
Please note: we cannot assume responsibility for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party couriers during transit.
Order Changes and Cancellations
You may cancel or modify your order within 5 days of placement, provided customization hasn’t begun. Contact us at clear@clear.jewelry with your order number and request details.
Packaging
Your order will be shipped in our branded packaging, designed to protect your creation and enhance your use experience.
Exceptions / Notes
- Shipping Estimates: Upon ordering, we’ll contact you to confirm estimated shipping and delivery dates based on item availability and your chosen method. Times may vary by destination.
- Carriers: We use trusted carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, Pochta) to deliver your order.
- Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO: We ship to these addresses unless restricted by the carrier or product type.

Shipping Delays: While we strive for fast standart delivery/ 14-day express delivery post-customization, external factors may cause delays. We’ll notify you if this occurs.
