RETURN
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Standard Items: Eligible for store credit within 7 days of delivery. Store credit is issued as a gift card code sent to your email and never expires.

Custom and Made-to-Order Items: These are final sale and non-returnable due to their personalized nature.
Return Process
To start a return, you can contact us at clear@clear.jewelry. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the return address only after we get in contact with you.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you all instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong or defective item). A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your store credit to cover processing costs.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at clear@clear.jewelry if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. For damaged or defective items, include your order number and a photo of the issue within 3 days of delivery. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right with store credit or an exchange. Please note: we cannot assume responsibility for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party couriers during transit.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), Items not in original condition, with tampered tags, or returned after 7 days. All made to order items are considered as custom order.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). All made to order items are considered as custom order.
Exceptions / Notes
One exchange or return allowed per original order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Clear Jewelry will reimburse or pay for return shipping only in the event that we have erred. For international returns, the customer is responsible for any potential duties/import fees. Returns must be shipped to the correct address provided.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved. If approved, your store credit will be issued within 10 business days as a gift card code for use on future purchases at clear.jewelry. Processing may take 2-3 weeks total, including shipping and inspection time. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at clear@clear.jewelry.
